UK Mains Charging Lockers

UK mains charging lockers give each compartment its own 3-pin (BS 1363) socket, so a device charges on its own plug behind a locked door. They're the right choice where people bring full laptops, cameras, power tools or anything that ships with a standard UK charger rather than a USB cable. Every locker here is a Probe PowerBox locker wired for mains charging.

What's in this range

Supplied as 10-door and 16-door banks with a choice of flat or sloping top. Some models offer 3-pin mains on its own; others combine the mains socket with USB-A and USB-C outlets so a single bank covers laptops on their own chargers alongside phones and tablets on cable. Construction is the standard Probe welded mild-steel locker — powder-coated, UK-made — matching the rest of our metal lockers.

Choosing mains charging lockers

  • What's being charged — full laptops, cameras and mains-only kit need a 3-pin socket; phones and tablets are usually happier on USB.
  • Mixed fleets — pick a combined mains + USB-A + USB-C model so one bank serves every device type.
  • Compartment size — 10-door bays suit laptops and larger devices; 16-door suits phones and compact items.
  • Installation — mains lockers need a fused supply and should be installed and periodically inspected by a competent electrician.
