Perfo Panel Systems

Perfo Panel Systems

Bott Perfo panels turn wall space and floor-standing racks into organised, visible tool storage. This collection covers the Bott Perfo perforated panel range — double-sided panel racks, mobile panel trolleys and louvre panel systems, supplied with hook kits or bin kits so tools and small parts are on display, within reach and back in the same place every time.

Perfo panel racks

The freestanding Bott Perfo Double-Sided Panel Rack carries ten Perfo panels and an 80-piece hook kit, giving easy-access tool storage from both sides of the rack — a strong choice where several technicians share one tool point. The matching Louvre Double-Sided Panel Rack swaps hooks for high-density polyethylene bins, turning the same footprint into high-capacity small-parts storage for fixings and consumables. Both are steel-built and finished in Bott's powder-coated RAL colours.

Perfo panel trolleys

Where tools need to travel to the job, the Bott Perfo panel trolleys (1000 × 650 × 1600 mm) put the same double-sided panel system on wheels. Choose perforated panels with a 60-piece hook kit for hand tools, louvre panels with bins for parts — including a version supplied with a complete 108-piece bin kit — or the Combi Panel Trolley, which mixes perforated and louvre panels on one chassis so a single trolley carries hooks, bins or bottBoxes together. Trolleys take 4 or 6 panels per side depending on configuration.

Perfo panels as shadow boards

A shadow board is a tool panel with each tool's position marked, so a missing item is obvious at a glance — the backbone of 5S and tool-control routines in workshops and maintenance bays. Perfo panels are the hardware people build shadow boards on: the perforated panel takes the hooks, and you add your own outlines, shadow tape or labels to suit the tool kit. To be clear about what we supply — these are steel tool panels and hook kits, not pre-printed foam shadow board inserts. If you want a shadow board system that changes as the tool list changes, repositionable hooks on a Perfo panel are the more practical route.

Hooks, bins and louvre panels — which system?

Perforated (Perfo) panels take hooks and are best for hand tools you want visible and shadow-boarded. Louvre panels take clip-on plastic bins and suit small parts — fasteners, fittings, consumables. If your workshop needs both, the combi trolley or a pair of racks side by side covers it. All panels reposition without tools, so layouts can change as the work does.

Planning workshop storage?

Perfo panels work best alongside benches and cabinets — see the full workshop storage range and the wider Bott collection (Cubio, Verso and Perfo). For guidance, our tool storage guide and small parts storage guide cover when panels, cabinets and bins each earn their place, and our tool trolley buying guide compares panel trolleys with drawer and maintenance trolleys.
