Scissor Lift Tables
The GPC VULCAN scissor lift table range complies with EN 1570:2011 — the European standard for safety of lifting tables. Models are elevated by foot-operated pump or winch and lowered by a hand trigger (single scissor) or foot pedal (double scissor). Castors are fixed and swivel with wheel guards for controlled positioning. They're ideal for ergonomic workstation height adjustment, assembly line feeding and safe transfer of loads between different floor levels.
For higher-throughput or heavier applications, GPC's Static Lift Tables are powered electrically (BS EN 1570 + BS EN 60204-1 compliant) with up/down/emergency controls and a lifting speed of 42 mm per second — a purpose-built U-shaped model is also available as a pallet lifting table — in effect a scissor lift for pallets — shaped so a pallet truck can wheel the load straight over the platform for handling pallets and boxes.
Pallet Level Loaders
A pallet level loader — often listed as a pallet riser — is a self-levelling, spring-loaded pallet lifting table that keeps the top of a pallet stack at a fixed working height as layers are removed — eliminating the need to bend down repeatedly during pick operations. The GPC pallet level loader is available in a standard model and a bellows-protected version (model PLL1312) where a flexible dust skirt encloses the scissor mechanism — important in dusty or debris-rich environments such as timber processing or food production.
PalletDisc Rotating Positioner
The GPC PalletDisc (model PLD1100) is a low-profile turntable that sits on the floor and rotates the pallet as you build or pick it, so operators never need to walk around the load. It significantly reduces twisting injuries and speeds up palletising. Compatible with pallet level loaders.
VULCAN Mini Lifters
Compact, versatile and available in manual pump or electric lift configurations, VULCAN mini lifters combine lifting, transporting and stacking in a single pedestrian unit. They conform to EN 1757-2 and include a removable work platform (exchangeable with simple tools), adjustable forks and an electronic overload protection system on electric models. They're a popular alternative to a full pallet stacker in workshops, small warehouses and multi-floor facilities.
Warehouse Lifters & Transporters
For heavier-duty multi-function work — production lines, warehousing, order-picking environments — GPC Warehouse Lifters/Transporters (EN 1757-2) carry out lifting, moving and positioning tasks in one machine. Attachments are quickly exchanged using simple tools, and all controls are mounted within easy reach of the operator. Built-in battery included.
Heavy Duty Drum Lifter
For safe handling of 205-litre steel or plastic drums, the GPC Heavy Duty Drum Lifter is available with 500 mm or 800 mm lift height. It grips the drum securely for raising, tipping and positioning without manual handling of the drum itself.
