USB-C Charging Lockers

USB-C charging lockers let staff, students or visitors secure a device and charge it over the modern USB-C standard at the same time — no trailing chargers, no shared sockets, no flat batteries at handover. Every locker in this range is a Probe PowerBox locker fitted with a USB-C outlet inside each compartment, so the device charges safely behind a locked door.

What's in this range

These are Probe PowerBox lockers configured with USB-C charging — supplied in 10-door and 16-door layouts, with a choice of flat top or sloping top. Most models pair USB-C with a USB-A outlet, and several add a 3-pin UK mains socket as well, so one bank can charge a mix of phones, tablets and USB-C laptops. The lockers are built to the same welded mild-steel Probe specification as the rest of our metal lockers, powder-coated and made in the UK.

Choosing USB-C charging lockers

  • Device mix — USB-C suits recent phones, tablets and USB-C laptops. If you also charge older kit, choose a model that adds USB-A or a 3-pin mains socket.
  • Compartment count — 10-door gives larger compartments for tablets and small laptops; 16-door packs in more phone-sized bays per footprint.
  • Top style — sloping tops deter clutter and sitting in busy corridors; flat tops keep the usable surface and overall height lower.
  • Locking — cam, hasp, coin-return or electronic locks to match day-use or allocated use.
