The Klime-Ezee Heavy-Duty Mobile Step Range is engineered for environments where standard access equipment simply isn’t enough. Rated to an exceptional 500kg safe working load (SWL), this range significantly exceeds typical heavy-duty alternatives on the market and is built for the most demanding industrial applications.

Manufactured from 25mm heavy-duty steel tube and reinforced 25mm box section, the frame, base, rear legs, and axle are strengthened for maximum durability. Heavy-duty steel centred wheels and a central lever braking system ensure secure positioning during operation.

This range features wider treads and a larger working platform than standard models, providing increased stability and greater operator comfort. The generous 700 mm wide treads and expansive 700 × 600 mm platform create a spacious working area, ideal for maintenance tasks, stock handling, and industrial operations requiring additional room and load capacity.

With platform heights ranging from 1250 mm to 3750 mm and working heights up to 5500 mm (model dependent), the Heavy-Duty Range is perfectly suited to factory floors, warehouses, and maintenance departments operating at height.

Each unit is fully welded and supplied assembled, ready for immediate use upon delivery. A 60° angle of ascent ensures safe and practical climbing ergonomics, while strengthened treads — including the platform — add further structural support.

Available with punched metal or PVC covered treads, and offering multiple colour options upon request, this range can be tailored to suit specific operational environments.
