2-Door Lockers

A 2-door locker splits a full-height bay into two tall compartments, giving two users a roomy half-height space each. It's one of the most popular configurations because it balances generous personal storage against the number of people you can serve from one footprint.

These are Probe UK-made lockers, offered in flat-top and sloping-top styles, in standard 300mm and wide-format (380–450mm) widths, and in single, double and triple-width nests. Vision-panel doors are available for sites that need to see contents, and every body is cold-rolled mild steel with a powder-coated finish and a Type A cam lock on every compartment as standard.

Two-door lockers work well in offices, staff rooms, schools and gyms where users need enough room for a coat and a bag but not the full height of a single-door unit. Pair them with matching benches to complete a changing area, or compare with 3, 4 and 6-door units if you need higher density.

2 tier, 2 door, 2 compartment — the same thing

Locker terminology is inconsistent across the trade, and it makes specifying harder than it needs to be. A 2 tier locker, a 2 door locker and a 2 compartment locker all describe the same thing: 2 individually lockable compartments stacked in a single column.

• Tier counts the levels in one column — so every listing on this page is 2 tier.
• Nest counts the columns joined side by side. A nest of 2 is what we list as double width; a nest of 3 is triple width; a nest of 1 is single width.
• Bank is the complete assembled unit as delivered. A 2 tier, nest of 3 is a 6-compartment bank.

Nested columns share internal carcass walls, which is why the cost per compartment falls as the nest widens — you buy one set of ends rather than three. It also means a nest cannot be split later, so plan the full run before ordering.

All four 2-door listings are triple-width imperial or single-column Vision Panel metric — there is no 2-door locker in the standard metric range.
