3-Door Lockers

A 3 door locker gives each user a tall, three-compartment-high bay — a practical middle ground between a full-height single locker and the smaller multi-door units. The roomy compartments suit changing rooms, staff facilities, schools and leisure sites where people need space for a coat, bag and personal kit but you still want three users served from one frame.

Specifying a 3 door locker

Our 3 door lockers are built from Probe's cold-rolled mild-steel range — UK-made, powder-coated and designed for daily workplace use. Choose the nest width to suit your floor space: single-width columns for the most storage per user, or double and wider formats where bags and bulkier kit need to go in. Doors can be specified solid or perforated for ventilation in active, sweaty environments, and tops are available flat (for stacking or shelf runs) or sloping (to stop dust and litter collecting on top in public areas).

Every compartment is fitted with a Type A cam lock as standard — the only locking type stated across all 67 Probe lockers in our catalogue. All units arrive ready to bolt down and bay together into longer runs.

3 tier, 3 door, 3 compartment — the same thing

Locker terminology is inconsistent across the trade, and it makes specifying harder than it needs to be. A 3 tier locker, a 3 door locker and a 3 compartment locker all describe the same thing: 3 individually lockable compartments stacked in a single column.

• Tier counts the levels in one column — so every listing on this page is 3 tier.
• Nest counts the columns joined side by side. A nest of 2 is what we list as double width; a nest of 3 is triple width; a nest of 1 is single width.
• Bank is the complete assembled unit as delivered. A 3 tier, nest of 3 is a 9-compartment bank.

Nested columns share internal carcass walls, which is why the cost per compartment falls as the nest widens — you buy one set of ends rather than three. It also means a nest cannot be split later, so plan the full run before ordering.
