With shelves or without?

With shelves suits order picking and anything that needs separating by level. Without suits bulky, tall or awkward items that will not fit between shelves. Since the shelves are removable, buying the shelved version gives you both options, and it is the one most people should take.

Why does the castor configuration matter?

Two fixed and two swivel means the container tracks straight when you push it and turns when you steer it, which is what you want in an aisle. Four swivel castors make a container that wanders under load and takes two hands to keep on line. It sounds minor until someone is pushing one all day.

Delivery and unloading
