The platform is spring loaded, so as you fill it the deck sinks and as you empty it the deck rises. The top of the load stays at roughly the same height throughout. That is the whole idea, and it removes the bending that comes at the end of unloading and the reaching that comes at the end of loading.

Passive, so no power and nothing to break. The springs do the work. Two configurations: box, with solid sides, and bag, which takes a fabric liner for laundry, waste or soft goods.

Honest limitation: it levels, it does not lift. If you need a load raised to a set height, you want a lift table. This keeps a changing load at a constant working height, which is a different job.

Box or bag?

Box has solid sides and suits general goods, components, boxed stock and anything you do not want falling out. Bag takes a fabric liner and suits laundry, textiles, soft waste and anything you want to tip or lift out as a bundle. If you are in hospitality, healthcare or laundry, bag is almost certainly the one.

Self levelling or a standard trolley?

A standard trolley is cheaper and holds more. Self levelling earns its money where the same person loads and unloads repeatedly through a shift, because the alternative is reaching to the bottom of a deep container dozens of times a day. If the trolley is simply moving goods from A to B, buy a standard one.
