The Owner's Insights on the Merchandising Trolley
Eight bins and four shelves on one mobile unit. This is a picking and replenishment trolley rather than a transport one: the bins take loose small items and the shelves take boxed stock, so a picker works from one trolley instead of two.
At 590mm wide it goes down an aisle that a standard roll cage will not. That is the whole argument for a trolley this shape, and it is why retail backrooms and parts departments end up with them.
Three hundred kilos across 1650mm of height means thinking about load distribution. Heavy stock on the lower shelves, light in the top bins. A tall narrow trolley loaded top-heavy is easy to tip when a castor catches a door threshold.
Why You'll Love the Merchandising Trolley
- 8 bins and 4 shelves combined: loose small parts and boxed stock on one trolley, so pickers make one trip.
- 300kg load capacity: a full replenishment run rather than a handful of items.
- 590mm width: fits aisles and doorways that stop a standard roll cage.
- 1650mm height: uses vertical space, putting more stock on a small footprint.
- STUBBS build: a trade brand built for daily commercial use rather than occasional handling.
Why You Should Consider a STUBBS Trolley
STUBBS build for retail and distribution environments where trolleys are in constant use and get handled roughly. The combination of bins and shelves on one frame is the useful part: most trolleys are one or the other and you end up buying both.

Who is this trolley for?
Retail backrooms, parts counters, stores departments and anywhere someone picks a mix of loose items and boxed stock on the same run. If you are only moving cartons, a roll container is cheaper and holds more. The bins are what justify this one.
How should you load it?
Heavy on the bottom shelves, light in the upper bins. At 1650mm tall and 590mm wide the centre of gravity rises fast, and a trolley loaded heavy at the top will go over if a castor catches a threshold. It is the most common way these get damaged.
