The Klime-Ezee Knock-Down Mobile Step Range is specifically designed for environments where access restrictions make fully assembled units impractical. Ideal for buildings with narrow doorways, tight corridors, low beams, or restricted entrances, this range provides a professional elevated access solution that can be transported and assembled on site.

Rated to a 300kg safe working load (SWL), the Knock-Down Range maintains the same heavy-duty performance standards as the Industrial series while offering the logistical advantage of flat-pack delivery. Supplied in a knocked-down format with clear assembly instructions, units can be assembled quickly and efficiently prior to use.

With platform heights ranging from 1250 mm to 3750 mm and working heights up to 5500 mm (model dependent), the range supports demanding warehouse, store, and maintenance applications. Each unit features 550 mm wide treads and a 550 × 400 mm working platform, providing a stable and secure standing area at height.

A 60° angle of ascent ensures safe climbing ergonomics, while the central/side lever braking system securely locks the front castors during operation. Rear legs splay at approximately 3° to enhance stability, and selected models include additional bracing for structural reinforcement.

The range is available in standard blue, with red, yellow, green, grey, and orange offered at no extra charge. Tread options include punched metal, PVC covered, or rubber covered finishes to suit site-specific safety requirements.
