Pallet Level Loaders

Pallet level loaders are self-levelling pallet positioners that keep the top of the load at a comfortable working height. As boxes are added the platform sinks, and as they are removed it rises again — so the person loading or unloading the pallet works at waist height throughout instead of bending to floor level for the bottom layers. On packing benches, palletising stations and de-palletising lines, that is one of the simplest ways to take repetitive bending and stretching out of a manual handling task.

The GPC pallet level loader range

Our level loaders are manufactured in the UK by GPC Industries, whose access, handling and storage equipment we stock across the site. Two configurations are available: the standard Pallet Level Loader (PLL1211) and the Pallet Level Loader with Bellows (PLL1312), where a concertina bellows skirt encloses the mechanism beneath the platform. Both are supplied ready to position at your packing or palletising station.

Level loader, lift table or pallet truck?

A level loader adjusts itself to the load and needs no power or operator input, which makes it the right tool for continuous hand-loading work. If you need to set a working height yourself, raise loads for machine feeding, or lift items between levels, a scissor lift table is the better fit — our guide to choosing a lift table compares the options. Moving the finished pallet away is then a job for a pallet truck. Browse the wider lifters & loaders range for level loaders and lift tables together, and get in touch if you are unsure which suits your workflow.
