Klime-Ezee mobile steps are the heavy end of the access market: fully welded steel construction, safe working loads up to 500kg, and platform heights up to 3,750mm. Where lighter steps suit occasional use, this range is built for all-day industrial work — goods-in, racking access, vehicle loading and maintenance.
The Klime-Ezee range

-
Truck dock platforms & access platforms — 500kg SWL loading steps with a 45° descent angle and extra-large decks for safe vehicle loading and unloading.
-
Industrial stairs — 300kg SWL static stairs for mezzanines and plant access.
Choosing Klime-Ezee steps
Work from the duty rating first — 300kg SWL covers most picking and access work; specify 500kg heavy-duty ranges where steps are shared, climbed constantly or used for loading. Then match platform height to the working height, and check access routes (the knock-down range exists precisely for tight doorways and lifts). Like all work-at-height equipment, mobile steps should be routinely inspected under PUWER and the Work at Height Regulations.
