Sheet material stored flat is stored badly. A stack of steel sheet, ply or panel means every sheet except the top one is trapped, so getting to the third sheet down involves lifting two off it — awkward, slow, and the point at which sheet gets dropped, bent or dragged across the one below. Standing sheet on edge in a rack solves all three problems at once: any sheet can be drawn out on its own, the footprint is a fraction of a flat stack, and edges are protected because nothing is resting on them.
The range
Three families are stocked, covering static, mobile and multi-bay storage:

GVR01 Premium Vertical Sheet Rack and GVR20 Premium Vertical Sheet Rack — 3 Section. The sectioned version is the one to look at where different sheet types or thicknesses need to be kept apart rather than simply held upright.

GVR98 Mobile Vertical Sheet Rack. For workshops where the sheet has to reach a guillotine, saw or bench rather than the operator carrying it across the floor.

GPC Sheet Racking, GSR34–GSR40. Fully welded construction with intermediate floor bracing for supporting the sheet materials, available in 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 bays.
The intermediate floor bracing on the sheet racking is worth understanding rather than skimming. Sheet standing on edge concentrates its whole weight into a narrow line at the base — the bracing is what spreads that load into the frame instead of into the bottom edge of your material.
Bay count is a sorting decision
With sheet racking, the number of bays is the specification that matters most, and it is not a capacity question. Each bay is a place where one kind of sheet lives. Count the material types, thicknesses and grades you want to keep genuinely separate, and buy that many bays. Under-buy on bays and mixed sheet ends up in the same slot, which puts you back to shuffling material to find the one you want — the exact problem the rack was bought to remove.
Static, sectioned or mobile
Four questions usually settle the format:

Where is the sheet cut? If cutting happens away from the store, the mobile rack removes a two-person carry from every job.

How many materials? One material, one grade — a single vertical rack is enough. Several — take the sectioned rack or multi-bay sheet racking.

How is it loaded? Sheet is loaded by hand, by crane or by truck. That decides how much clear space is needed at the rack face, and it is easier to design in now than to work around later.

What is the floor like? A rack full of sheet on edge is a tall, narrow load. It wants level, sound floor beneath it.
Two honest limitations
First, a sheet rack is storage, not a lifting or handling device. It holds material safely once the material is in it; getting sheet in and out safely is a manual handling and lifting question in its own right, and for heavy or large-format sheet that means planned handling rather than two people and good intentions. Second, published dimensional detail on some models in this group is limited to the configuration and model reference. Where an exact overall size, sheet length or bay width is critical to your layout, confirm it at quotation rather than assuming a figure — we would rather check with the manufacturer than have a rack arrive that does not fit the bay you cleared for it.
Sheet, bar or pallets?
Sheet racks are shaped for flat panel.
